YES! Rich chocolate … sweet cherries … nutty oats … is your mouth watering yet?

This chocolate cherry pie smoothie tastes like dessert, but it’s actually great for you.

You can use any dairy-free milk you want, but oat milk will make it creamy and smooth.

If you want to increase the protein, add ½ to 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. It’s delicious either way.


(Makes 1 smoothie)

● 2 tbsp rolled oats

● ½ cup (120 ml) oat milk

● 1 tsp cocoa powder

● ½ tsp vanilla extract

● 1 cup frozen cherries

● 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey

● (optional: ½ to 1 scoop chocolate protein powder)

Place the rolled oats in a high-speed blender and pulse until they are well ground. If using protein powder, add it now, and then pulse 1-2 more times to combine.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If necessary, add more milk to reach the desired consistency.
