This quick & easy kiwi salsa recipe is a mouth-watering addition to just about any chicken, turkey, and fish dish. You’ll love it on fish tacos!

The only prep it takes is dicing the veggies and fruits.

Kiwi Salsa Recipe

(makes 6 servings)

● 4 kiwis, diced

● 1 small tomato, diced & seeded

● ½ yellow bell pepper, seeded & diced

● 1 small onion, diced

● 1 jalapeno pepper, diced

● 2 Tbsp lime juice

● 1 Tbsp olive oil

● 1 tsp honey

● 1 tsp curry powder

● Salt & pepper to taste

● Dash of your favorite hot sauce (to taste)

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings. DELICIOUS.
