Holistic Fitness Trainer Denise Mago (Dee), a proud mother of 3, was born in Venezuela and moved to Canada in 2001.  Always challenging herself and others, Dee is a natural when it comes to being a catalyst for change. Her mission is to help others transform their life by harmonizing body, mind and soul through mindful movement, emotional balancing, and energy healing, allowing for more vitality, longevity, energy and confidence.

When it comes to health, Dee understands the importance of community and having a strong sense of belonging. She is a member of the local Shamanic Community, often leading and participating in meditations and healing ceremonies. Dee is also on the board of the Fresh for Life Foundation, empowering and educating at risk youth to become successful and independent.

Dee has worked as a personal trainer since 2012 and has further studied to become a Reiki Master, Sound wellness practitioner, and a healthy eating coach. Dee’s unique holistic approach to fitness and health, and her extensive list of successful clients has led her to be a keynote speaker at many local events, featured on CBC, Womanition magazine, Nash and a guest on local podcasts.

As a Holistic Personal Trainer, Dee combines mindful movement, energy balancing, meditation and breathwork to each of her strength building and mobility training sessions.

She is passionate about holistic health and supports her clients through movement to have agility, vitality and more energy to be able to perform and live with ease and grace.

As a Reiki Master and Sound Wellness Practitioner, Dee also helps her clients release stuck emotions, and overcome ‘life blocks’ to live a happier and more peaceful life.

Utilizing the Biofeedback Health Analysis System, Dee understands your starting point, and develops your fitness plan with you, ensuring your success.
