With Direct Access in Alberta, you do not need to wait for a doctor’s referral before seeing a registered physiotherapist.

Pamela Klombies brings 25 years’ physiotherapy experience treating people who suffer from headaches, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and back pain with manual therapy and exercise prescription. She is never rushed and all of her patients experience relief and compassion in a client-friendly private setting.

Research shows that in many cases the use of manual therapy in conjunction with exercise is proven more effective in treating pain, stiffness, weakness and loss of function than exercise alone. Pain and loss of function is relieved quicker and recurrence occurs less often when combining the benefits of both modalities.

Pamela’s manual approach to improving alignment and mobility includes: joint and soft tissue mobilizations, lymphatic drainage and acupressure, cross frictions and massage to break up adhesions, manipulations with movement and neural plexus “flossing’.

She uses her extensive fitness training in Pilates and Yoga to design your very own functional coordination and strength program, complete with pictures emailed from her COREhab workbook, followed up emails or one-to-one sessions as required, and/or small weekly group sessions when applicable.

Learn how to regain enjoyable active living through individualized educational treatment sessions. Pamela will assess, diagnose, and treat your injury(ies); and coordinate with other members of your healthcare team to ensure that you always get the assistance that is best for YOU.
