Reflexology and Reproflexology

Reflexology and Reproflexology

Reflexology is the study of reflexes. As pressure is applied to these reflexes, found in our hands, feet, face ,and ears, we engage the body’s parasympathetic system. That system helps us move from a state of fight, flight, or freeze to a state of relaxation, rest and repair. Reflexology is a whole body healing method and encourages the body’s own natural healing to repair itself.

Reproflexology(TM) is performed on the feet and are specialized reflexology protocols to help regulate the menstruation cycle, perimenopause and menopause. It can aid people going through fertility treatments like IVF, IUI, and ICSI. Pre pregnancy, Pregnancy, and postnatal can be supported with this protocol.

Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology protocol specialized in stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Although performed on the feet, RLD stimulates the lymphatic system for the whole body. RLD can help people who have had lymph nodes removed and have swelling in a limb as a result, as well as people who have Lymphedema.
